Organization Structure
The Construction Group has a clearly defined chain of command headed by a General Manager who reports to the Board of Directors represented by the Company President, Mr. Hamad R. Al-Marri. and CEO, Mr. Ali Al-Marri.
The Construction Group has a total staff of over 600 professionals and approximately 2000 workers of different nationalities among them: Saudis, Americans, Canadians, British, Filipinos, Pakistanis, Indians, Bangladeshis and Nepalese. The bulk of the main workforce are Indian and Filipino professionals and skilled workers of various trades and crafts. Semi-skilled labors are from India , Philippines , Bangladesh and Nepal .
The Company is capable of recruiting personnel through authorized agencies in the United States, Britain, Philippines, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
